PAGE 3 (of 11) – Unveil Jihad
God, Jesus, and the Bible - or - Allah, Mohammed, and the Qur'an ??
GB: Holy Scripture (Bible) is authority for Christ's followers. For Muslims the book is the Qur’an
(their preferred spelling) or Koran (anglo spelling). So although they may allude to it, Muslims reject
authority of Bible. Among the many Bible truths that are rejected by Quran and Muslims, are those
concerning "Enemies." In their case, it is perceived "enemies", which they falsely call "infidels" or
"non-believers." The New Testament from the first century shows rejectors of Christ as infidels, 1
Timothy 5:8, and antichrist, 1 John 4:1-3. Centuries later Islamist jihadis call the United States “the
Great Satan.” In Revelation 12:1-17; 5:5-6; 17:14, it is starkly revealed that Satan is the deceiving
enemy of God; that Satan wars against the Lion/Lamb/Exalted King Jesus Christ; and yet it is those
who are faithful in Christ that shall overcome.
**Note: The following outline of Quran (Koran) verses are from a chapter on Islam in Alvin Jennings'
Traditions of Men versus Word of God (Ft. Worth, TX: Star Publications, 1973, 1996.)
The Quran verses show the sway of the religion of Mohammed: "Therefore, when ye meet the
Unbelievers (in fight), smite their necks....." (Surah 47:4) >>> GB: So, for over a millenium and
now today we read of beheadings galore, which jihadists treat as some kind of "sacred", but is
actually Satanic.
**Some ways the Quran sanctions violence - - 1) Personally 2) Religiously 3) Nationally
Religiously
In Surah 8:39 and Surah 47:4 it says those who actively or militantly oppose their "Faith" are to be
defeated or destroyed. Not what Christ teaches in Matthew 5:10-12; 5:43-44; 1 Peter 3:14-16. Jesus
is the only religion founder who taught how to hate their evil while also loving the hope for one's
enemies at the same time, and back it up with doctrine and deeds.
Personally
In the Quran are chapters (Surah) and verses.(0:00). In Surah 22:39-40, under certain circumstances
it advocates personal retaliation and vengeance for wrongs done to one or their cause. But in Romans
12:19-21; Matthew 5:38-42, Christ teaches vengeance is not the work of man but God. Christians
may pray for their repentance, while hating the evil behavior, and loving God.
Nationally
In Surah 9:5 (“slay the unbelievers wherever you find them“) and in Surah 9:29, since Quran
contains civil law, it makes provision for warfare against "enemy" state. GB: I keep using quote
marks because in false religion as in politics there is Orwellian doublethink and doublespeak to
confuse and fluster... In Christianity the civil law has been separated to the national government,
Roman 13:1ff. In the Bible Jesus says His kingdom (church) is spiritual, and thus no provision for
punishing national enemies (although God has His ways, beside govts.), John 18:36; Matthew 26:51-
53.
GB: If men and boys (and increasingly young women) who are hopeless, frustrated, brainwashed and
vulnerable can find some verses in their Quran which tell them to murder, such verses can and do
become the focus and fodder of their "jihad." Some claim jihad means “holy war“ or "holy struggle,"
but defacto it meant sneak up on, deceive and kill any non-Muslims in their path. As they would say,
this goes for "decadent, gullible ignorant Americans who don't know the Bible they profess, or price
of liberty they enjoy.“ Such evil was the case with the 19 suicide mass murderers on Sept. 11, 2001,
brainwashed by Quran, Islam, Arafat, Al Jezerra, Taliban schools, and regarding "Protocol of Elders
of Zion" as "Jewish world conspiracy." It was years in the planning. Even little children were trained
to strap on dynamite and blow up strangers as well as themselves. The above verses (and more
below) are used in this.

Surah 4: 74-77
Surah 8:39
Surah 8:60
*Surah 9:5
*Surah 9:29
Surah 22:38-40
*Surah 47:4
Surah 4:74-77 "Let those fight in the cause of God who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter, to him
who fighteth in the cause of God, whether he is slain or gets victory, soon shall We give him a reward of
great (value). 75 And why should ye not fight in the cause of God and of those who, being weak, are
ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men, women, and children whose cry is: "Our Lord! rescue us from this town,
whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from Thee one who will protect; and raise for us from Thee
one who will help!" 76 Those who believe fight in the cause of God, and those who reject faith fight in the
cause of evil: so fight ye against the friends of Satan: feeble indeed is the cunning of Satan. 77 Hast thou
not turned thy vision to those who were told to hold back their hands (form fight) but establish regular
prayers and spend in regular charity? When (at length) the order for fighting was issued to them, behold! a
section of them feared men as, or even more than, they should have feared God: they say: "Our Lord! why
hast Thou ordered us to fight? Wouldst Thou not grant us respite to our (natural) term, near (enough)?" Say:
"Short is the enjoyment of this world: the Hereafter is the best for those who do right: never will ye be dealt
with unjustly in the very least!"
This verse (8:39) states the goal of the fighting in terms that also make clear that the war is religious:
Surah 8:39 “And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is all for Allah.”
Surah 8:60 "Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war,
to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye
may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid
unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly."
Surah 9:5 “Find and slay the pagans [non-Muslims] wherever you find them, beleaguer them, and lie in
wait for them, in every strategem (of war); but if they repent [convert to Islam], and establish regular prayers
and practice regular charity, then open up a way for them: for Allah is oft forgiving, most merciful …”
This verse (9:29) establishes that the warfare is against the People of the Book, that is, Jews and Christians:
Surah 9:29 “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been
forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the
People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
Surah 22:38-40 "Verily God will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, God loveth not any that is a
traitor to faith, or shows ingratitude. 39 To those against whom war is made, permission is given (to fight)
because they are wronged-and verily, God is Most powerful for their aid- 40 (They are) those who have
been expelled from their homes in defiance of right-(for no cause) except that they say, "Our Lord is God."
Did not God check one set of people by means of another, there would surely have been pulled down
monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in which the name of God is commemorated in
abundant measure. God will certainly aid those who aid His (cause); for verily God is Full of Strength,
Exalted in Might, (Able to enforce His Will)."
There are many verses in the Koran that enjoin believers to fight. While some Muslims may attempt to spiritualize
(allegorize) those verses, their literal meaning is not hard to get. This verse, Surah 47:4, also makes clear the
religious (and physical) character of the fight:
Surah 47: 4 "Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; at length, when ye
have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or
ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been God's Will, He
could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you,
some with others. But those who are slain in the way of God, He will never let their deeds be lost. 5 Soon
will He guide them and improve their condition. 6 And admit them to the Garden which He has announced
for them. 7 O ye who believe! if ye will aid (the cause of) God, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly. 8
But those who reject (God), for them is destruction, and (God) will render their deeds astray (from their
mark)."
Bet You Can't Find 'Jihad' in the Koran, by Robert Spencer (2-17-05)
http://www.humaneventsonline.com/article.php?id=6631 Excerpt: (after citing 8:39 and 9:29) ... There are many other
such verses, but I don't have to speak with Dr. Badawi to know what he will say about this list: I am taking the verses
out of context. I can only understand them properly in the original Arabic. I need to be well-versed in the science of
Koranic interpretation, tafsir, to be able to understand them. Only an "Islamophobe" would take such verses at face
value.... Very well. But what about Muslims take them at face value? The Ingushetian Shura Council in Chechyna has
explained in a recent communiqué that Allah "permitted Jihad on His Straight Way, so that the Religion of Allah could be
above all, so that all areas of life could be guided by Islam, and so that the Earth could be cleansed of unbelief." In
support of this idea, the Council quoted Sura 8:39, as it appears above. Likewise, in a treatise entitled "The true meaning
of Jihad" that was posted last year on several jihadists websites, one Sidik Aucbur charged that "the West" was trying to
distort the meaning of jihad by teaching that "Jihad is only about struggling against our desires." He quotes the Koran
copiously to establish that jihad means warfare against unbelievers, and declares: "there are over 120 verses of the Koran
that use the Shari' [Islamic legal] meaning of Jihad to mean fighting and killing." Aucbur adds that all four major schools of
Sunni Muslim jurisprudence agree on this point: "It has been agreed upon by the classical scholars that the Shari'ah
meaning of Jihad is to fight and kill the kuffar [unbelievers]."

The Truth About Muhammad, Review of Robert Spencer's book, By Brigitte Gabriel October 30,
2006 http://frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=25186
Q: Compared to Jesus and His followers, Who was Mohammed, and who are Muslims, and who are Jihadists?"
A: Over 400 years after the Holy Scripture (Bible) was finished, Mohammed became founder of the Islam religion in the 6th century A.D.
Muslims - followers of the man Mohammed, the religion Islam, and the book Koran (Qu'ran) - have claimed that the Bible foretells
Mohammed as The prophet. However, many scriptures and prophecies, such as Deueronomy 18:15-22 in the old testament and 1
John 4:1-6 in the new testament, reveal their leader Mohammed as false. Those who continue anyway against God-revealed truth, and
who carry out Mohammed and the Koran to their spirit and letter, become Jihadists (Jihadis). Jihad will seek to dominate and rule by
any means – legal, civil, carnal, political, deceptive, threatening, deadly, terroristic and violent (bombings and beheadings, polygamy
and rape and genocide). When in power Jihadists are tyrants, deciding people's life or death. Such tyranny is of Satan all along (John
10:10). Muslims and Jihadis deny many Bible teachings, including Jesus being the Son of God (Diety), John 20:31. Muslims thus
reject Jesus' being a sinless sacrifice for mankind's sins (1 Peter 2:21-24). Muslims claim "Allah" is a singular entity, so then they say
that Jesus was just a man - one of Allah's prophets like Abraham, Moses, or Elijah. Therefore Muslims hold that Jesus' death made no
significant difference to man's salvation. On the other hand, Christians accept the Godhead as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit;
that Son of God being Jesus Christ (the Annointed), an eternal co-equal part of the Godhead, come to earth and born of a virgin woman
in order to die as a man for the sins of mankind. This gospel of Christ, and reward of heaven, is by one's own voluntary will, and
without any force is freely offered to whosoever will hear it, believe it, repent of sin, confess Christ, and be baptized into His one body,
the church. Such are the differences between a terror-using world jihad based on Mohammed, versus the veil-lifting worldview based
on Christ.

Concerning the violence and killings and wars, Muslims will often point to, “the wars in the old testament of your
Bible.” As a response, from a minister in the church of Christ, here is an email letter excerpt (used with
permission). Jerry Blount wrote: “Let’s consider the Bible for a moment. Genesis tells us that man sinned and
sank into sin and the pain that goes with it. God destroyed the world over sin at one point but then started
leading a group out of all this. God spent a few thousand years teaching the world a better way… With Jesus,
God moved the human race massively forward. I would submit that 600 years later, Muhammad moved it
massively back ward. In other words, to all that follow Muhammad, this is a leap back into the elemental
principles of the world. Jesus specifically took the sword away from the Christian as a means of spreading or
defending his religion. (Matthew 26:52). The apostle Paul noted that the sword belonged to civil governments in
order to minister, not to Christian ministers (Romans 13:4). From Jesus forward the religious disputes are to be
handled in the mind. Bottom line? Wars of religion were eliminated by Jesus, but demanded by Muhammad.”
